HR Associate
Location : Hybrid, In the office on Tuesdays and Thursday and remote for the remainder
Address : 10920 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 1020
Duration : 25 weeks
HR Associate will be working to respond to employee inquiries regarding step / rate questions, research step placement issues, assist in audits, etc.
Required Experience :
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and multi-tasking / attention to detail
Prior experience working in HR especially Compensation would be especially helpful.
Work is repetitive in terms of researching answers and responding to the employee. As such candidate will need to be able to actively research employee data from multiple sources including HRIS (People Soft) and spreadsheets
