Job description

Responsible for driving accountability over large sections of the business including forging department, heat treating and grinding over 3 shifts

Will have budgetary responsibilities as well as 4 direct reports

Will drive continuous improvements, metrics, KPI’s, safety, on-time delivery and quality

Must have 7+ years of leadership experience in Engineering or operations

Forging background is preferred, but will consider metal manufacturing experience

Must have Bachelor's of Science degree in a manufacturing field

Company has over 70 years of industry experience!

Produces metal products!
