Salary :  $80,000 - $100,000

Job Summary

As a Sous Chef for Restaurant Associates, you'll support a variety of culinary services for our premier client portfolio. We'll rely on your creativity and technical skills to uphold the R / A brand standards, starting with delicious! Outstanding hospitality, relationship building and leadership skills are essential to success in this role.

This position offers a desirable, flexible schedule with primarily daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, prepare and cook various food items
• Develop daily menu items, their preparation and garnishment
• Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
• Menu creation
• Manage a team of hourly associates
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
