Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional with Inside Sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.
Responsibilities
Place outbound calls and receive inbound callsIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUpsell products and services when appropriateUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsAttend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a call center representative, or inside sales representative, or a similar role is preferredMust be Result oriented. This is a high-paced environment.Excellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programsAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
