JOB SUMMARY :

This role focuses on managing general activities within a non-manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiencies, and enforcing company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will oversee the enhancement of operational systems, manage the performance of staff, and strive for the achievements of departmental milestones within budget parameters. A significant part of this role involves coordinating communication across various functions and preparing reports to elevate operational effectiveness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and enhance current operational systems to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare and audit reports for monitoring operational performance.
• Coordinate communication between different organizational functions.
• Manage subordinate staff and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring project milestones and budgets are adhered to.
