In this exciting role, you'll :
Process and code vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely paymentsPrepare customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding balancesAssist with job cost entries, purchase order tracking, and project billing supportReconcile vendor statements and customer accounts, investigating discrepancies as neededMaintain organized and accurate records within the accounting systemSupport month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliationsCommunicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve billing or payment issuesAssist the Controller with ad hoc reporting, audit preparation, and accounting projectsYou'll be a great fit if you have :
