Shift hours : 8-4 : 30

Looking for someone who has experience in engineering and knows how to document / communicate removal replacement procedures, repair & maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate

• Draw on engineering documents, CAD models, and interactions with engineers to create and revise written and animated service procedures (installation, repair, maintenance, etc.) for hardware and software.
• Work with subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of products and services and translate complex information into polished content.
• Develop content in alternative media forms, with consistent voice across all documentation
• Test and validate service procedures involving Software, Hardware and Remote Service on physical systems.
• Performing updates to our servicing procedures to achieve optimal service performance in areas of Software Installation, Upgrades, and Removal & Replacements.
• Evaluate and prioritize changes and corrections submitted by field technicians.
• Collaborate with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales, Field Service.
• Participate in and / or lead productivity initiatives.
