Job Description

A PERSONAL INJURY law firm is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and professional individual for the position of Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal. The duties include corresponding and communicating with clients, opening claims with insurance companies, and requesting records from medical facilities. Applicants should have some experience analyzing medical records. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Candidates MUST HAVE at least 1-3 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications :

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a caseload
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction from attorneys
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with legal software (Perfect Law preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluency in Spanish
• Assist Personal Injury Attorney in all aspects of pre-litigation, from case inception through appeal
