Epicor Business Analyst

Position Overview : The Epicor Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into actionable solutions within the Epicor ERP system.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, configure Epicor modules, and support ongoing system enhancements.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Epicor ERP system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and system configurations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Configure Epicor ERP modules and functionalities to align with business requirements and optimize system performance.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide end-user support and training on Epicor ERP functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related queries.
• Work closely with IT teams and external consultants to implement and test system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Epicor ERP with other business systems and applications.
• Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and new features within the Epicor ERP ecosystem.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Epicor ERP system.
• In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP functionalities, modules, and configurations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within Epicor ERP environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Epicor certification(s) (e.g., Epicor Certified Business Process Management) preferred.
