Job Summary
To own client relationships end-to-end, coordinate the internal team of bookkeepers and analysts, and ensure financial deliverables are accurate, timely, and client-ready. This is a leadership role at the intersection of client success, financial management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, relationship health, and proactive risk escalation.
Represent the company professionally in all client and external forums.
Oversee monthly / quarterly financial close and the production of accurate, audit-ready financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Perform Quality Control on all bookkeeping outputs and ensure the on-time delivery of polished, executive-level management reports.
Lead and coordinate the internal bookkeeping and analyst teams, running standups and balancing workloads.
Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, tasks, and SLA trackers to ensure accountability and deadline adherence.
Drive operational excellence by mapping and refining core processes (intake to reporting).
Identify, document, and implement automation and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
