Revenue Operations Analyst

The Revenue Operations Analyst will support the Director of Revenue Operations in executing strategic initiatives, managing operational reporting, and resolving revenue-impacting issues. This role is responsible for building, operating, and analyzing recurring reports and revenue-related controls. The position also contributes to billing and collections projects, including automation, system conversions, and acquisition integrations. While this role does not include direct people management, it requires cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication.

Compensation starting at $80,000 annual salary

Location : 7651 Esters Blvd, Suite 200, Irving, TX

Essential Functions :

• Develop and maintain SQL-based queries and Power BI dashboards for recurring and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks.
• Design, operate, and monitor revenue-related controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting revenue operations, escalating to executive management as needed.
• Assist in billing, collections, and customer purchase order administration, including system automation and acquisition-related integration.
• Support Accounts Receivable processes including credit administration, standing orders, and accrual tracking to ensure accurate revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Support the Director of Revenue Operations in team coordination and project execution.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across revenue operations.
