Ohio Dominican University's Division of Business seeks an Assistant Professor or Lecturer in Business Administration for a full-time position beginning August 2024.

The Division of Business offers an undergraduate degree in business administration in the traditional face-to-face, online, and blended delivery formats.
In addition, the MBA degree is offered in the face-to-face, evening, and online formats. The successful candidate will possess at least a master's degree (doctorate preferred) in a business-related discipline from an accredited institution by the time of hire and demonstrate strong interest in quality teaching and potential for scholarship in a business-related field.
The preferred candidate will have the ability to teach courses in organizational behavior and leadership and human resource management.
Teaching experience and / or professional experience in supply chain management, legal environment of business, or project management will be a plus.
Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in the different delivery formats, development of courses to support undergraduate and graduate business programs, and service to the university, community, and division.
