Senior Engineer - AI Automation

Overview :

As a Principal Engineer I, you'll lead complex solution design and development efforts across IT infrastructure and applications. This role blends engineering and development responsibilities, focusing on architecting intelligent AI solutions and mentoring junior engineers. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect solutions and delegate execution to junior engineers
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks
• Review technical plans to ensure scalability and quality
• Build performance dashboards for key banking applications
• Create comprehensive documentation including physical / logical layouts and use case models
• Support operational procedures and enforce IT standards
