Bilingual Contract Recruiter
LHH is currently partnering with a nonprofit organization in the Baltimore, MD area looking to bring on bilingual Contract Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for a 12-week long contract.
This role will begin on May 1st. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong experience in recruiting within the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area.
This position will be remote but requires familiarity with the Baltimore area and its communities. This organization is committed to serving the community in the Baltimore area and beyond, striving for excellence in all our endeavors.
Prior experience working in the nonprofit sector is highly preferred. The hourly pay rate will be between $22-$26 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a non-profit or similar organization.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and specified language .
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with the DMV area and its diverse communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
