Key Responsibilities
Represent technology and benefits administration products to prospective channel partner distributors
Cultivate relationships with channel partners, prospects, and consultants / brokers
Develop and execute sales strategies and maintain an active pipeline of prospects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in benefits administration or HR technology
Experience in channel partner or indirect distribution sales
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute complex sales cycles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
