Asset Manager (Irvine)

Job Summary

We are a seeking a highly experienced Asset Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our commercial real estate portfolio of a private family office, which includes ~$2B of real estate investments. The ideal candidate must bring 7+ years of proven expertise in commercial real estate asset management with a strong track record of enhancing property values, optimizing financial returns, and elevating tenant experience. This individual will oversee multiple commercial properties, ensuring that each asset aligns with the companys long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Management

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for each asset to maximize long-term value and NOI
• Evaluate property performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform decision-making
• Identify and implement value-add opportunities, repositioning strategies, and capital improvements
• Assist with new acquisitions of which such acquisition will then require asset management
