Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies supporting business objectives
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment and selection processes
Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee relations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Experience working with IT teams and understanding technology-related roles
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
