Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead meetings with engineering teams in post-production and identity management
Stage and test user account migrations in Active Directory
Provide hypercare support to users post-migration for application and infrastructure access
Required Qualifications
Proficient with Active Directory and MFA administration
3+ years of experience in Windows administration
Proficient with PowerShell scripting
Experience managing incidents through a company CRM
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
