Key Responsibilities

Engage with small business owners through various channels to build authentic connections

Communicate the company's value proposition in relatable terms to entrepreneurs

Develop relationships that generate referral opportunities and expand reach within niche communities

Required Qualifications

Experience as a current or former small business owner

Strong resourcefulness and ability to read people and situations effectively

Established credibility with business owners and comfort in leading unscripted conversations

Deep connections to local or niche communities, with preference for multilingual capabilities

Self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment and is motivated to drive results
