Energy Trader
A trading firm based in Houston, Texas is seeking a talented individual to join a 24 / 7 energy trading desk.
As an Energy Shift Trader, you will play a crucial role in optimizing trading strategies, managing risk, and seizing opportunities in the fast-paced energy markets.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing market data, executing trades, and collaborating with team members to capitalize on market trends and fluctuations.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in intraday, day ahead energy trading (power or gas).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of energy markets and trading principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
