Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic and detail oriented Marketing Technology Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to support digital transformation initiatives across marketing platforms The ideal candidate will have broad exposure to the marketing technology ecosystem including campaign platforms analytics personalization tools and customer data platforms This role requires strong analytical skills stakeholder collaboration and the ability to define and manage complex business and technical requirements

Requirements Gathering Analysis
Understand complex challenges and using research personal experience and business assessment capabilities clearly define problems identify opportunities drive innovative new ideas and recommend actionable prioritized next steps to make a big impact on customer needs goalCollaborate with marketing product and technology teams to gather and document business requirements for Martech solutionsAnalyse complex marketing workflows and translate them into functional and technical specificationsDefine data flows integration points and dependencies across platforms eg CRM CMS CDP analyticsMarketing Technology Expertise
Work across a broad Martech stack including Marketing campaign management personalization analytics and automation toolsUnderstand marketing operations customer journeys segmentation and targeting strategiesSupport platform evaluations capability assessments and solution recommendationsSolution Design Delivery SupportPartner with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibilityParticipate in design reviews sprint planning and UAT to ensure requirements are metCreate wireframes process flows and documentation to support implementationStakeholder Engagement CommunicationAct as a liaison between marketing IT and vendor teams to ensure alignment and transparencyFacilitate workshops demos and feedback sessions to refine requirements and validate solutionsProvide clear and concise reporting on progress risks and dependenciesRequired Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in marketing technology or digital transformationStrong understanding of Martech platforms data models and campaign operationsExperience defining and managing complex requirements across cross functional teamsKnowledge of digital marketing tools SEO SEM email marketing display advertising PPCKnowledge on content strategy and execution covering social mediaExcellent analytical documentation and communication skillsKnowledge of web analytics and key metrics bounce rate average time on site CPA CPCUnderstanding of the UXUI aspects in marketing funnelFamiliarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools eg Jira ConfluencePreferred Qualifications :
Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industriesExposure to platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud Google Analytics or CDPsKnowledge of data privacy regulations eg GDPR CCPA and compliance considerations
