GTM Strategy- Senior Manager
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Senior Manager plays a key role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales leadership at Intapp. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations, this role is responsible for delivering strategic insights, performance analytics, and operational support that drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth. The GTM Strategy Manager also partners cross-functionally with Services, Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment and execution across the broader go-to-market organization.
What You'll Do :
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and Sales leadership, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance optimization
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing performance summaries, identifying key trends, and contributing strategic insights.
- Support sales compensation strategy and analytics, including modeling, performance tracking, and scenario planning.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across various systems and sources.
- Monitor and analyze corporate and functional KPIs across multiple departments, including Sales Services, Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships to proactively identify business needs and deliver strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to define and refine KPIs, enabling self-service analytics through scalable dashboard solutions.
What You'll Need :
7+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy-focused role.Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a bias for action, especially in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.What you will gain at Intapp :
