Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
• Experience with program management.

The Google Compliance team makes sure that our business is always consistent with the current financial regulations. Comprised of multitaskers, this team balances Google's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company. As part of this team, you proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions. You develop efficient compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization. You are thorough in all you do and see to it that as Google pursues our next big idea, we always have our bases covered.

The newly formed Risk, Compliance and Integrity organization (RCI) brings together critical compliance, assurance, risk and governance functions across Google to help the company meet compliance needs and enable our businesses to innovate. Our goal is to make compliance an engaging advantage for Google by driving scaled, data-driven, and policy-based compliance programs. We manage our operations through risk-based prioritization and governance and consistent and constructive regulator engagement. The team is seeking an experienced Compliance Assurance Specialist to lead ongoing oversight and programmatic compliance efforts related to compliance commitments. In this role, you will ensure that the company maintains excellent oversight, governance, and meets all its legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, Legal, PSS (Privacy, Safety and Security), and other impacted Product Areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
