Director of Marketing And Public Relations

OVERVIEW

We are a brand experience studio working with global brands to create immersive, culturally resonant, and creatively ambitious experiences. We're seeking a Director of PR + Marketing to partner with our external PR firm and VP of Strategic Growth to amplify our presence in the industry, drive awards and press recognition, and ensure our work is consistently showcased in the right places.

This role is about coordination, strategy, and execution - working alongside our PR partner, evaluating which projects should be pitched or submitted, and maintaining the assets and materials that showcase the studio's work to the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with our PR agency to manage day-to-day needs : sharing information, coordinating approvals, and providing assets.
• Manage award submissions end-to-end : category identification, gathering assets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Critically assess work with internal stakeholders to determine what is PR-worthy.
• Track and coordinate press opportunities, trade pitches, and event appearances, ensuring alignment with our annual growth plans.
• Maintain and organize studio assets (video, photo, case studies) for external use.
• Oversee production of sizzle reels and recaps as needed.
