RCS Analyst

A company is looking for an RCS-Analyst responsible for managing accounts receivable for healthcare entities.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve accounts receivable issues, including provider enrollment and claim submissions

Perform follow-ups on denied claims and manage cash posting and patient collections

Adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards to support operational goals

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in hospital or physician billing preferred

Working knowledge of payer billing requirements and regulations is necessary

Insurance experience, preferably in a medical office or billing office

Ability to take initiative and meet objectives

Experience in maintaining collaborative relationships within a team
