Marketing Specialist Job at Insight Global in Portland

This role partners closely with global and local Running Brand Communications, the Running Business Unit, and cross-functional marketing channel teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Running Brand Communications team to execute product and event marketing activations aligned with NAM Running category strategy and KPIs.
• Collaborate with brand experience, trade marketing, agency partners, and other channel teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel activations that achieve project objectives.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from local channel teams, identifying content gaps and ensuring effective delivery of marketing assets.
• Support creation of local toolkits and marketing collateral for NAM product priorities, working closely with regional team members.
• Serve as product expert for the team by managing product ordering, promo forecasting, and tracking documents to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of category business performance, sell-in results, and NAM consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to provide inspiration and actionable insights to the Running Brand Communications team.
• Contribute to campaign post-mortems, analyzing effectiveness through KPIs and analytics tools.
