Marketing Coordinator Job at KPFF Consulting Engineers in Portland

KPFF Civil + Survey is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead in producing proposals and other marketing materials that highlight our civil engineering and land surveying expertise. This position backfills a critical role on our team who support KPFF’s Portland and Eugene offices.

Responsibilities

Lead production of proposals and other marketing materials that showcase KPFF’s civil engineering and land surveying expertise. Support the Portland and Eugene offices as part of the marketing team.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience in the A / E / C industry (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction)

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Strong understanding of RFP / RFQ processes

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate : $34.61 – $43.25, commensurate with experience, education, and skills

Hybrid Schedule : Our team enjoys a flexible hybrid schedule – typically 3 days in the office (Portland or Eugene) and up to 2 days remote for focused work
