Overview

Rubenstein PR a leading, full-service, mid-size public relations agency based in New York. With more than 30 years of experience, we have built a reputation for launching and tipping brands, while placing top-tier broadcast within print and digital. We represent a compelling roster of clients in business, technology, real estate, finance, luxury consumer products, sustainability, entertainment, health and wellness, social impact, and the nonprofit sector.

This is an in-office role Monday through Thursday at our Midtown Manhattan office. Fridays are remote. Must be comfortable pitching.

Responsibilities

• Handle select accounts independently and autonomously.
• Pitch and place coverage for clients in top-tier publications.
• Lead and direct all program efforts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadlines, and budget adherence.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to junior staff.
• Play major role in creation of communications plans and goals.
• Address client issues thoughtfully and effectively.
• Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content.
• Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities, building network of industry contacts and participating in relevant professional organizations.
• Develop and execute high-quality programs and campaigns from conception to execution to results.

To comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this exempt role is $125,000-$140,000 / year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and location.

This is a full time position.
