Reports to : COO

XMONDO Hair is hiring a Sales Manager to help scale our retail and brand presence across North America.

We’re a fast-growing, creator-led hair care brand currently in every Sally Beauty store. Now we’re looking to expand further — including into retail, lifestyle, and brand partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Own relationships with retail partners [starting with Sally Beauty]
Pitch and open new retail and brand partnership accounts
Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Manage account communication from onboarding to sell-through
Work closely with marketing and ops to support seasonal campaigns and product pushes
Analyze sales data and present insights to the leadership team

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of sales experience [beauty industry preferred]

Proven success in retail account management and expansion

Strong communicator and relationship-builder

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Analytical mindset with a passion for execution
