Key Responsibilities Of The Director, Reliability

The Director, Reliability will provide leadership on electric power industry reliability and security issues, particularly those matters related to the development and enforcement of mandatory reliability standards by the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC), as regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) under the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $130,000 $175,000. If hired at a Senior Manager level, the salary range is $100,000 - $150,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of the base salary.
