IT Operations & End User Support
Location : South San Francisco, CA (onsite, easily accessible via CalTrain, ferry, and shuttle)
Type : Part-Time Contract
Compensation : $40–50 / hr (W2)
Duration : 6 months to start, (targeting conversion in 2026)
(20–24 hours / week to start, potential to increase to 40 hours / week in January 2026)
Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
A growing biotech company is seeking a personable and proactive IT Operations & End User Support Consultant to join their team onsite in South San Francisco. This role will support a tight-knit, low-politics environment and play a key part in onboarding new employees and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations.
