Job description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify new client opportunities across engineering, IT, and telecom industries.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., hiring managers, procurement officers, HR leaders).

Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and client visits to present HEPCO’s staffing solutions.

Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and manage the proposal process in collaboration with internal teams.

Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote HEPCO’s brand and expand professional network.

Track sales pipeline activity in CRM and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Requirements :

5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing industry (engineering, IT, or telecom sectors preferred).

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing new client accounts.

Strong understanding of contract staffing models (temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Job Diva, Salesforce, Bullhorn, or equivalent) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
