Senior Server Administrator

As a Senior Server Administrator at Epicor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, with a strong focus on identity management, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and security. You'll be hands-on supporting both customer and internal applications.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Administer and maintain identity and access management systems including Azure AD, MFA, and single sign-on
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Office suite
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to infrastructure incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Austin, Irvine, and remote locations
• Contribute to security and compliance efforts including SOX and audit reporting
• Support upcoming projects such as VMware to Hyper-V migration and ServiceNow automation
• Document processes and share knowledge across the team
