Position Summary : Lead onsite field operations from groundbreaking to turnover. Ensure schedule adherence, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct daily subcontractor activities
• Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules
• Conduct safety walks and daily logs
• Oversee inspections and quality checkpoints
