Real Estate Sales Agent

We provide you with access to efficient tools such as a contract-to-close liaison, marketing and prospecting aids, weekly meetings, script development and practice drills, pre-screened leads and database organization, and a welcoming and family-oriented atmosphere.
Compensation :
$70,000 - $130,000 commission based
Responsibilities :
- Close for agreements and conduct a high-level fiduciary needs analysis
- Effectively negotiate, open, and close deals
- Develop expert knowledge regarding the housing market, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Maintain database by consistently updating client profiles
- Tour homes with clients
- Host weekly open houses
- Communicate with your admin team on a daily basis to keep transactions on track
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Conduct high-level consultations with clients to educate them on the market
Qualifications :
- A Real Estate license is required!
- MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SAN ANTONIO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED!
