Job description

The Intelligent Capture Developer is responsible for leading the maintenance and enhancement of current and future Documentum platform components within the organization. This role will focus on developing solutions related to Documentum and Intelligent Capture platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems. The developer will also contribute to platform modernization, cloud integration, and troubleshooting issues related to these platforms. They will collaborate closely with technical leads, assist with automation, and mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of Documentum platform components (D2, D2 REST, Xplore, CTS, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Partner with tech leads on platform architecture and integration design.
  • Conduct code reviews, comment on code, and assist with platform troubleshooting.
  • Support platform modernization efforts including DevSecOps pipeline setup and cloud integration.
  • Mentor junior consultants and assist with automating testing of platform components.
  • Write SOPs and Wiki pages for standardizing platform integrations and methodologies.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Documentum platform development.
  • 2+ years of experience with Documentum security models and Intelligent Capture platform solutions.
  • Proficiency in Core Java programming and .Net / C# development.
  • 3+ years of experience in REST API integration and Enterprise Document Management (EDM) tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and Postgres databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), encryption methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience in integrating large-scale systems with Documentum and Intelligent Capture.
  • Experience in Agile Software Development projects.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Documentum, Intelligent Capture, Java, and .Net certifications.
  • Prior experience in Documentum platform upgrades, re-architecture, and migration projects.
  • Knowledge of banking domain standards, particularly around Data Privacy and PII requirements.

    • Primary Skills :

  • Documentum coding experience.
  • Java coding experience.
