Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of personal injury cases, managing communication with clients, gathering essential information, and ensuring a seamless transition to the litigation phase.

Responsibilities :

Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish and English to gather necessary case information.

Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence related to automobile and trucking accidents.

Collaborate with medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to obtain documentation and records.

Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.

Maintain accurate and organized case files, documenting all interactions and developments.

Assist attorneys in the preparation of cases for litigation, if necessary.

Qualifications :

Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).

Previous experience in personal injury law, specifically in pre-litigation case management.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

Experience in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience can be substituted for degree.

Previous experience in a legal setting, preferably in personal injury law.
