We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, training, and education of Smile Doctors Revenue Cycle Management processes and Cloud 9 software for newly affiliated doctors and team members.

How you'll make us better :

• Extract and interpret reports from various practice management systems
• Develop, coordinate, and lead virtual trainings for implementation process
• Oversee initial mapping of legacy systems
• Manage and lead onsite training for software conversions
• Provide onsite support for software conversions
• Provide remote support for local teams during implementation process
• Analyze and support pre and post conversion data cleanup
