Job Summary :

The Brand Ambassador will play a key role in promoting and representing SMI's innovative Kudzu financial product across their campus community.

Kudzu is a customer-first financial solution providing spending and interest-earning savings accounts along with customized training for those eager to get on the right financial path.

Kudzu's goal is to make banking easy and accessible for everyone. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for driving awareness of the Kudzu brand, actively participating in on-campus events, and collecting valuable feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.

This role provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of promoting an innovative digital financial solution while gaining valuable product, marketing, and promotional experience.

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior work experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, participate in campus organizations and have knowledge of campus culture and trends.

You must be a full-time college student and willing to commit 4-6 hours a week per semester to be considered.

Key Functions / Basic Duties :

• Promote the Kudzu brand and engage with students and campus organizations to increase awareness and understanding of the Kudzu product.
• Build positive relationships with on-campus clubs and organizations to collaborate on promotional opportunities for the Kudzu brand.
• Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus events and promotional activities to create a strong presence for Kudzu.
• Proactively gather feedback from students to understand their experience with Kudzu.
• Provide regular updates to the SMI team on feedback trends, suggesting improvements to enhance the Kudzu cardholder experience.
• Collaborate with the SMI team to create marketing content featuring the Kudzu brand to drive awareness.
• Meet weekly with the SMI team to discuss feedback, progress, and upcoming events.

Additional duties may be assigned.

Education and / or Experience :

• 1+ years of college or technical school experience
• Full-time student with a 3.0 GPA or higher
• Active member of campus groups and organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about financial solutions and technology
• Prior work experience preferred

Language Skills :

Fluent in English
