Responsibilities
Client Assistance : Provide excellent customer service by addressing insurance-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
Claims Handling : Assist customers with the claims process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
Policy Updates : Facilitate policy changes and document necessary updates to ensure coverage meets customer needs.
Problem Resolution : Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to achieve satisfaction with every interaction.
Feedback Collection : Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products to effectively answer customer questions and concerns.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focused : Drive to provide exceptional service and problem-solving.
Adaptability : Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
