The authorized positions within Marco’s stores are listed and described below. Employees may be asked to perform reasonable, Marco’s-related tasks outside of those responsibilities listed below. As Marco’s University continues to develop training certification curriculum for these positions, each employee will be required to certify upon hiring, and to then recertify annually, in order to retain employment with Marco’s Pizza.
All Employees are required to :
- Maintain compliance with all corporate-mandated training certification requirements.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and demeanor conducive to a 5-star Guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with all company, store, federal, state, and local policies, procedures, laws and ordinances as required (particularly with regards to food, health, and safety).
- Maintain a just-opened store and personal appearance - unless actively making a product, all employees should be cleaning, all the time.
- Advocate and demonstrate Marco’s Cultural Beliefs on a daily basis.
- Avoid any use of personal electronic devices while on the clock.
- Demonstrate teamwork and a sense of urgency.
- Abide by all policies as set forth in this Handbook and the Marco’s Manuals.
Management
Supervises all daily operations of the store, including but not limited to :Taking of Guest orders via phone, in-person, and internet
Correct preparation of Marco’s productsDelivery of Marco’s products to GuestsCleaning and operation of store equipmentCleaning and maintenance of all areas of the storeIncoming delivery of inventory and suppliesEffectively implements, maintains, and corrects (if necessary) processes and procedures for the following, in accordance with the Marco’s Manuals and all other Marco’s policies :5-Star Guest Experience and Service Standards
