Provide services and support as a Benefits Administration Support (HR Benefits Assistant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - HR Benefits Assistant | Human Resources [COC0056253]
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Maintain benefits records and update HRIS.
- Process benefits changes due to life events.
- Coordinate benefits orientations.
- Liaise with insurance providers on claims and issues.
