Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Legacy Risk, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse book of medium-to-large commercial accounts, with a primary focus on real estate, handling 1020 accounts averaging $25,000 in revenue, and growing accounts to $1MM+.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, expertise, and superior customer service to ensure high business retention.
• Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business, providing technical advice, handling coverage issues, and conducting exposure analysis.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of policies, coverages, forms, accounting methods, ratings, and claims procedures to effectively support client needs.
• Utilize the Applied (EPIC) agency system for efficient account management and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Communicate effectively with underwriters and insureds, leveraging strong written and verbal skills to negotiate and resolve issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, maintain a California insurance license, and pursue professional designations.

Salary range is $125K to $175K per year.
