Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Ownership
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high standard of service
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue goalsCollaborate with purchasing, operations, logistics, and quality teams to support customer needsDeliver tailored solutions to meet customer objectivesCustomer Interaction & Engagement
