Responsibilities :
Act as gatekeeper and time advocate for Executive.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetings.
Meticulously organize, monitor, and respond to emails.
Handle multiple requests for Executive's time and use strong decision-making skills in managing priority of requests.
Manage an extremely dynamic and ever-changing calendar and schedule.
Qualifications :
- 2 or more years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
