HVAC Installer-Commercial
We are currently seeking experienced HVAC installers for commercial work in the Tampa Bay area. This is full time (40 hours) and long term work.
Temp-to perm position.
Responsibilities :
- Install Sheet Metal and duct board Ducts (Duct board, Squared, Round, Spiral, Rectangular, etc)
- Pookie and insulate
- Improve HVAC system performance by refilling refrigerants, cleaning the ducts, and changing filters.
- Troubleshoot and test pipe joints for leaks
- Assemble, position and mount HVAC equipment as necessary
- Install grills and dampers
- Set curbs for RTU’s
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Repair and replace defective equipment as necessary
Qualifications :
- At least 5+ year of commercial experience in the HVAC Sheet Metal field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other specifications
- Familiarity with Sheet Metal equipment and hand tools
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- HVAC Mechanics with experience performing both service work and installs is a plus.
