The annual salary range for this position is $165,000- 175,000 based on experience.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer serves as a strategic thought partner and hands-on financial leader, overseeing all aspects of Housing Matters' fiscal management. The CFO will guide the organization's financial strategy, ensure operational excellence, and play a vital role in shaping long-term organizational growth and stability.

You'll lead a talented finance team and partner closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board Finance Committee to ensure that Housing Matters' resources are aligned with its mission and strategic goals.
