Job description
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Assess customer needs and provide consulting services on product features
Design and implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty
Communicate with external organizations to assist with customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Fluent in Spanish and English
1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
