The job requires 4-hour care and the schedule will typically be from 8am - 12pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays starting next week.
Responsibilities :
The Caregiver is required to :
- Provide personal care and hygiene to the client with SARA LIFT
- Assist client with PT exercises
- Follows the care plan at all times
- Provide daily report to agency and family via text or notes
