HomeWell of MetroWest is looking for experienced, reliable, matured, and high-energy Full-Time CNA / HHAs to take care of a female client in Westborough, MA
The job requires 4-hour care and the schedule will typically be from 9am -1pm, preferably Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities :
The Caregiver is required to :
- Provide personal care and hygiene to the client
- Assist client with ADLs and transfers
- Assist client with PT exercises
- Follows the care plan at all times
- Light housekeeping
- Provide daily report to agency and family via text or care notes
